Hot and cold packs are made with 100% cotton outer and inner cover. They are approximately 5x9inches. Outer cover is removeable and washable. Pack is filled with rice and Lavender buds from our farm. Packs can be heated and used to relieve pressure from sinus headaches. Packs can also be placed in the freezer and used to relieved tired or sore muscles. We have a variety of patterns to choose from.
